B2E eSports is a free-to-play, skill-based eSports tournament platform. It is NOT an online betting, gambling, wagering, lottery, or game of chance platform.

No user money is at stake at any point

All tournament entries are completely free of charge

There are no entry fees, deposits, or real-money wagers of any kind

All prizes and rewards distributed through B2E eSports are funded entirely by advertising revenue

Users do not risk or invest any money to participate

All tournaments and competitions on B2E eSports are determined purely by player skill and in-game performance. There is no element of chance, luck, betting, or randomness involved in determining tournament winners.

Under the Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025 (PROGA 2025), B2E eSports is classified as an eSports platform — a category that is promoted and regulated by the Government of India, as distinct from "online money games" which are prohibited under the same Act.

B2E eSports also qualifies as a "Game of Skill" exempt from the Public Gambling Act, 1867, as outcomes depend entirely on the user's knowledge, training, attention, and experience.

Participation in B2E eSports tournaments does not constitute gambling under any applicable Indian law.

B2E eSports is an independent, community-organized platform. We are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, licensed by, or sponsored by any game publisher, developer, or rights holder.

Specifically:

"BGMI", "Battlegrounds Mobile India", and related logos are trademarks of Krafton, Inc.

"Free Fire", "Free Fire MAX", and related logos are trademarks of Garena Online Pte. Ltd. (a subsidiary of Sea Limited)

These names and titles are used solely for identification purposes to describe the games being used as a medium for skill-based competition — in the same manner as community tournaments, LAN events, or local gaming competitions. B2E eSports:

Does not distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or copy any copyrighted game content

Does not sell or monetize any game assets

Requires users to own legitimate licenses to play these games on their own devices

This platform is strictly for users aged 18 years and above.

By using B2E eSports, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years of age

You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

Users from states where online gaming (even skill-based) may be subject to specific local regulations are advised to verify their local laws before participating. B2E eSports reserves the right to restrict access based on geographic jurisdiction.

B2E eSports operates on an advertising-based revenue model:

Users watch advertisements placed by third-party ad networks

Revenue generated from these advertisements is used to fund tournament prizes and task rewards

No user deposits are involved in any part of the reward distribution process

All prizes represent a share of advertising revenue redistributed to active, skilled users

This model ensures that B2E eSports is never a financial risk to its users.

To use this platform, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age

Provide accurate and truthful information during registration

Have a valid device with internet access

Agree to these Terms and all applicable laws in your jurisdiction

You may only create one account per device/person

Creating multiple accounts (multi-accounting) is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies

Coins are earned by completing tasks, playing games, referring friends, watching ads, and other activities on the platform

Coin balances are virtual reward points and have no inherent cash value until converted through our official withdrawal system

Coins and rewards are not an investment, financial product, security, or digital currency

We reserve the right to modify coin earn rates, task rewards, and conversion rates at any time

Coins earned through fraudulent means will be forfeited without notice

Reward coins earned on B2E eSports are NOT:

An investment or financial instrument

A security, bond, or derivative

A digital currency or cryptocurrency

A financial product regulated by SEBI, RBI, or any financial authority

They are simply a reward mechanism within the platform, funded by advertising revenue. B2E eSports does not provide any financial services and is not regulated by any financial regulatory authority. Coins cannot be traded, transferred between users, or used outside this platform.

Conversion Rate: As displayed in the app (e.g., 100 Coins = ₹1 Cash)

Withdrawals are processed via UPI or Google Play Gift Cards

Minimum withdrawal amounts apply as shown in the app

One withdrawal request per day is allowed per account

Withdrawal requests are reviewed by admin and processed within 24–48 hours

We reserve the right to reject withdrawal requests if fraud or policy violations are suspected

Once submitted, withdrawal requests cannot be cancelled

The following are strictly prohibited:

Creating fake or duplicate accounts

Using bots, scripts, or automation to complete tasks

Tampering with scores or game results

Attempting to hack, exploit, or manipulate the platform

Sharing account credentials with others

Using VPNs or proxies to bypass restrictions

Any activity that violates applicable laws

Violations may result in:

Immediate account suspension or permanent ban

Forfeiture of all earned coins and cash balance

Legal action if warranted

Game results are final and cannot be disputed

Tournament prizes are awarded based on final leaderboard rankings

We reserve the right to cancel or modify tournaments at any time

In case of technical issues during a tournament, we may void results or extend the tournament period

Social boost tasks require genuine engagement (real subscriptions, views, follows)

Fake or bot-generated engagement will result in task rejection and account ban

Partner campaigns are managed by third parties; we are not responsible for the accuracy of their content

Admin approval decisions for task proofs are final

Referral bonuses are credited only when the referred user completes the required conditions

Referring yourself through fake accounts will result in a ban

We may modify or terminate the referral program at any time

B2E eSports is committed to promoting a healthy and balanced gaming experience:

Users should set reasonable time limits for gameplay and app usage

Gaming should not interfere with your daily life, health, work, studies, or relationships

If you feel that gaming is negatively affecting your well-being, we strongly encourage you to take a break

In-app usage reminders may be sent periodically to encourage healthy habits

Parents and guardians are reminded that this platform is for users 18 years and above only

If you or someone you know needs support regarding gaming habits, please seek help from a qualified professional

All content on the platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game content, and text — is the property of B2E eSports or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission. Third-party game trademarks remain the property of their respective owners (see Section 4).

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

Uninterrupted or error-free service

That all tasks or games will always be available

Accuracy of third-party content

To the maximum extent permitted by law, B2E eSports shall not be liable for:

Loss of coins or earnings due to technical issues

Unauthorized access to your account

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for violations of these Terms. Upon termination:

All coin balances are forfeited

Pending withdrawal requests may be cancelled

You will lose access to all account data

We may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in jhargram/west bengal, India.
